JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic fresher/ student who is willing to learn and grow in the field of Human Resource Management.

JOB TITLE: HR Intern

REPORTS TO: HR Manager

LOCATION: Online (Work From Home)

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with Training Management

  • Assistance in launching HR Policies 

  • Onboarding and Induction for new joiners

  • Employee Engagement

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Fresher/ Student from any Graduation Degree with a preference for BBA/ MBA

  • Fluency in English

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work.

  • Open to new challenges.

  • Good at documentation and reporting skills.

  • Good computer skills – MS Office and Working on CRM tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

  • Proactive and self-motivated.

  • Humility, honesty, transparency, integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
