JOB TITLE: Manager – Brand Sales (B2B Plastics)

DEPARTMENT: B2B Sales – Recycled Plastics

REPORTS TO: Head of Business Development

LOCATION: Location: Remote/Hybrid

NATURE OF ROLE: Hybrid (Remote with occasional client visits and events)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and manage key brand relationships across procurement, sustainability, and technical teams.

  • Represent Plastics For Change at trade shows, expos, and B2B events.

  • Maintain and grow a robust client base through strategic partnership development.

    2. Capacity Building

  • Work with R&D and technical teams to tailor recycled plastic solutions to brand requirements.

  • Develop sector-specific value propositions and proposals.

  • Educate potential clients on environmental compliance and the advantages of using recycled materials.

    3. Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including sales pipelines, client communication, and reporting dashboards.

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations.

  • Report sales forecasts, progress updates, and customer feedback on a regular basis.

    4. General Responsibilities

  • Ensure target achievement across monthly, quarterly, and annual plans.

  • Monitor market dynamics, pricing trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product availability, delivery, and technical validation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the plastics or polymers industry.

  • Solid understanding of plastic materials and industrial applications.

  • Proven ability to manage long-term client relationships and sales cycles.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinking and solution-oriented approach.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

  • Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship
